Wally excellent service from start to finish. He came directly to my workplace, were very flexible with scheduling, and made the whole process easy and convenient. The installation was quick and professional. I also appreciated their honesty—they didn’t try to upsell or charge me for unnecessary calibration services. Highly recommend for anyone needing windshield replacement.

I had tried calling two other mobile auto glass places and when neither answered, I started going down the list on Google attempting to find anyone who could quickly replace the tiny glass window on my passenger back door (smash & grab). I called Vivid Auto Glass at 1030am, they promptly gave me a quote and said they could be at my place between 1pm - 3pm since they had my glass in stock. To my surprise, they were here by 1230p and were done in about 30 minutes! Wally was our tech and he was very kind, professional, and quick! Not only was the glass replaced, but the broken glass was vacuumed up inside as well. I highly recommend Vivid Auto Glass - I REALLY hope we don't need to call them again, but if we ever do, we'll be using them! They are FAST and reasonably priced!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service and Expertise! Vivid Auto Glass is amazing! Wally came out to replace my cracked windshield and was super knowledgeable and professional from start to finish. My van has a heated windshield, and he went above and beyond by using my VIN number to make sure he ordered the correct one for my exact year, make, and model. He discovered that the previous installer had used a cheap, wrong-year and trim windshield without the heating element, misaligned it, and barely used any glue (prob why it leaks water sometimes) — the heating plug was just left dangling! Wally must have OCD (in the best way) because he made sure every detail was perfect — from the glue placement to the windshield alignment. His attention to detail was next-level. Even as he opened my door, he heard a creak and immediately pointed out that my door check stop was cracked and should be replaced soon. Who does that anymore? It’s rare to find someone who takes that much pride in their work. My van is finally done right, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Highly recommended and 5 stars all the way!
